I have decided to do a show. I haven’t done one in quite a while. I’m going to do a quilt show in Pasco, WA. It is put on by the Tri-Cities Quilters Guild. I’ve been to it a few times and it is a well attended show. So….how many pincushions does one need to make for a 2 day show? I am a late entry vendor so I have no idea if I’ll have a decent spot but I hope I can at least pay for the booth and get some exposure.

I started dyeing some more wool today for them and for a custom order. I do a very simple dye pot method. Here are a couple of pictures. I use a very unscientific method. No measuring, no thermometers and it works, every time. Perhaps if anyone ever reads this I’ll give some directions. It was a good thing to do on another gray and rainy day in Washington.
